These terms also apply to the legacy Resume Helper brand and the resume-helper.com service where that service links to or references this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ATS Helper, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Description of Service

ATS Helper provides a free, easy-to-use resume-building tool. Users can create resumes online and download them as PDFs. We do not store your data unless explicitly requested.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and branding on ATS Helper are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without permission.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not store your data unless explicitly requested. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data. For visitors outside the EU and other European countries covered by Cloudflare's Europe exclusion setting, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics RUM to measure aggregate website engagement and performance without using the data to identify individual users.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ATS Helper, including user accounts, at our discretion, with or without prior notice, including where we believe this is necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical protection of the service, or other operational reasons.

If we terminate your account, we will generally allow a limited period of up to 30 days for you to request access to or export of the data stored in that account, where technically feasible and legally permitted. After that period, we may permanently delete the account and its stored data from our active systems, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and ordinary backup or deletion cycles.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to ATS Helper, please contact us first at contact@gab16.com or contact@atshelper.com. We will try to address the issue in good faith and resolve it directly with you.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the issue directly, you may also have the right to use applicable out-of-court consumer dispute resolution channels. For consumers in Romania, this may include the ANPC SAL platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

8. Changes to Terms

ATS Helper reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
